I came here to attend an event at the local museum. There is free parking on site. The staff members are very helpful. They sorted technical issues calmly. Room wifi worked fine.
The window would not open, as the sash cord was broken.

The location was good for exploring the area, and the staff i encountered were very helpful. my room included a comfortable bed that ensured a restful night. the hotel also provided complimentary parking. I found this to be quite convenient.
The television in my room had limited channels. It affected my relaxation time. i noticed some mold on the bathroom ceiling. It concerned me somewhat. the corridor had a noticeable cigarette odor. It was quite unpleasant, really.

The on-site parking was indeed free. The reception staff were helpful. My room faced the car park and I had no noise issues. Breakfast was a good selection of self-service items.
The bedside light in my room did not work. I mentioned it but it was not fixed .

Great business stay
superb staffclean hotelaccommodating stafffriendly team
I stayed at the accommodation for work. The team was amazing from arrival to departure. I used a function room for training purposes. The staff arranged the room as I needed it and helped with anything the delegates wanted (i felt very thankful). The housekeeping staff were friendly. front of house staff and the manager were polite. I found nothing too difficult. They always greeted me with a smile. I am scheduled to return next week and look forward to it.
The double bed was very small, but manageable for a short stay.
